Test a custom prompt in Vinton's Prompt Studio

Vinton includes a Prompt Studio so Admins can test out custom prompts to see expected results before implementing the prompt Org-wide.

  1. Go to Nativevideo Admin → Vinton → AI Prompts → Prompt Studio.

  2. Enter the Prompt you want to test, and paste a transcript you want to test it with. You can easily export and copy the full transcript from an existing call.

  3. Click Query, and then wait for Vinton to generate the result.

  4. Review the result. Decide whether to use your prompt or to adjust it and test again.
