Grant login access to Nativevideo

If you need support from Nativevideo, you may need to grant us access to your Org.

  1. Click on your user avatar in the top right of the screen, then choose Settings.

  2. From the left menu, choose Grant Account Login Access.

  3. For Nativevideo Support, choose the length of time that you would like to give us access.

  4. Scroll down to Insights Engine and select the relevant one.
