Set up prompt templates
Prompt templates allow you to guide Vinton on how to summarise calls based on their context and content. Admins can add numerous prompt templates to Vinton. Vinton will automatically choose the best template for the context of a meeting, but users can also choose to reprocess meetings using a different template.
Go to Nativevideo Admin → Nativevideo Configurations → Vinton → AI Prompts → Templates
Click New AI Template.
Give your template a name.
Set Status to Active.
Give the context for the template. An example might be:
“Use this prompt when the conversation is an early-stage business development or sales discovery call where a sales representative or business development professional is engaging with a potential customer to assess their fit as a qualified lead. The primary focus of the discussion is to gather information about the prospect’s budget availability, decision-making authority, business needs, and expected timeline for making a purchase decision. The conversation typically includes questions about the company's pain points, current solutions, potential investment capacity, and the internal process for approving new vendors or purchases. The tone is typically exploratory, with the salesperson seeking to qualify the opportunity and capture information that aligns with the BANT qualification framework.”
Scroll down and set Custom Prompts for Audio Note, Video Call, In Person and Phone Call. You can set Custom Prompts for for Title, Summary, Follow Up and Next Steps, and for Highlights and Coaching where applicable. If you wish to test the custom prompt first, you can use the prompt studio in Vinton.
Click Save.
Your Custom Prompts will be available to use when a user reprocesses a meeting.
